The how and why we self sabotage or override our Inner Wisdom, and how to create a personal relationship with your Inner Wisdom and other information to ponder.
This workbook is available without participating in the class. Reading of this workbook in preparation to the class is beneficial, but not required.
If you already have a clear understanding of Spirit and you would like the information for "Understanding Truth" of your Life and work on your own, the steps are simple and complete in the "Nine Steps" in the middle of the workbook.

60 Minute Session: Are for Energy Alignments on a massage table before leading you through a meditation for you to "hear" or "sense" the Truth of your Inner Wisdom. You receive insights to heal through understanding the Truth of the issue/s. (This can be done distantly over the phone). 10 to 40 minute sessions in person or over the phone are usually assisting you with getting to the point of the full understanding of wherever you may be stuck in your process.
